  • ½ cup rice

  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ghee (or oil)
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 green chilli(depends on spice levels)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions:

  1. Wash rice & dal, and soak for 30 min.
  2. cook with 3 cups of water, turmeric, and salt.
  3. In a pan, heat ghee, add cumin seeds and saute them.
  4. Add onion, tomato, carrot, potato, Green Peas , favourite veggies and green chilli.
  5. Now add the Dal Rice into the veggies.
  6. Mix everything and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

  1. Heat oil, add cumin, green chili, turmeric, and mashed potatoes.
